Strong For Life
Build lasting strength and real mobility to move better, live fully and feel confident every day.
My Approach
Mobility Mastery
Feel free in your body again.
Restore natural movement, ease joint pain, and unlock physical freedom with a mobility-first approach that blends yoga-inspired flow, callisthenics, and functional drills. Whether you’re recovering post-pregnancy or preparing for performance, mobility is the foundation.
Strength For Real Life
Strong isn’t just for the gym, it’s how you carry your life.
Build resilient, practical strength that supports your daily movement—from lifting your kids to owning the room. We focus on body weight strength, controlled progression, and functional movements that last beyond reps and routines.
Lifestyle & Mental Resilience
Fitness starts in the mind and lasts in your habits.
Balance indulgence with nourishment, rest with discipline, and goals with grace. With support rooted in mindset, nutrition habits, and emotional coaching, you’ll stay motivated through the hard days and consistent in the good ones.
About Me
I’m Diana, founder of DIFitness, personal trainer and mobility coach based in Guildford.
I discovered strength and mobility not as end goals, but as tools to live better: to move with ease, keep up with life’s demands, and feel energised each day.
I’ve trained all kinds of people, and I specialise in helping women experience the benefits of strength training and sustainable habits without extremes, strict diets or sacrificing the joys of real life.

A: This is one of the areas I'm most passionate about. So often, we're told that aches and stiffness are just a part of getting older, but I don't believe that. My mobility training for clients over 50 focuses on improving your range of motion and building practical strength to ensure you can continue to live an active, free life. It’s about injury prevention and giving you the freedom to play with your grandkids or enjoy your hobbies without limitation.
-
A: As a mother myself, I have a deep, personal understanding of this. My post-pregnancy programs are designed to help you heal and rebuild from the inside out. After you've received clearance from your GP, we will work together to safely restore your core, strengthen your pelvic floor, and rebuild your confidence. This is a journey of rediscovering your strength, and I'll be there to guide you with an expert, empathetic approach every step of the way.
-
A: Yes, absolutely. I am fully trained in post-natal exercise and specialize in creating corrective exercise programs to help heal abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and restore full core function. We will focus on specific, targeted movements that promote healing, ensuring your recovery is both safe and effective.

A: I've learned that the toughest hurdles in fitness are often mental, not physical. My coaching integrates mental and emotional support to help you overcome self-doubt and build resilience. We work together to navigate the frustrations of a plateau and build a positive, lasting relationship with fitness. It’s about feeling the change just as much as you see it.
-
A: Not at all! I believe in balance and sustainability, not deprivation. My lifestyle coaching is built on an 80/20 philosophy: we focus on fuelling your body with whole, nourishing foods 80% of the time, leaving room for you to enjoy life's treats without guilt. A healthy life is one you can enjoy and maintain for the long run.
