I'm Diana, founder of DiFitness, and I'm here to share something that might surprise you: I got into the best shape of my life after becoming a mother. If you're feeling like your fitness goals are impossible to achieve while juggling life's demands, I completely understand—because I've been exactly where you are.

My journey to founding DiFitness wasn't a straight line. Like many women, I thought having children meant accepting a weaker, less mobile version of myself. I was wrong. Through discovering the power of functional movement, strength training, and mobility work, I not only regained my fitness,I surpassed it.

My Philosophy: Practical Strength for Real Life

What sets me apart isn't just my qualifications (though I'm proud of my expertise in mobility, calisthenics, and strength training). It's my understanding that fitness needs to work within your real life, not against it.

I believe in an 80/20 approach: nourish your body with whole foods most of the time, but don't feel guilty about enjoying life's treats.
